This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Acfer Solutions ("we", "us") collects through https://acferstream.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Acfer Solutions is responsible for this information.

Information we collect

When you book a demo

When you fill in the demo form we collect the details you give us:

your name, organisation, work email, phone or WhatsApp number and country;
your website or channel link and anything you write in the message box;
your answers about your service: organisation type, apps, how you want to earn, subscriber numbers, package and maintenance preference;
your preferred demo date, time and meeting type.

Collected automatically

Technical details: your browser type and a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, used to stop spam. We do not store your IP address itself with your booking.
Where you came from: the website that linked you to us and campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters), so we know which marketing works.
Usage statistics: if analytics is switched on, Google Analytics records pages viewed, time on site and approximate location. See "Cookies" below.

How we use your information

to arrange and hold your demo, and to send you a quote, proposal and launch timeline you asked for;
to reply to your questions and provide support;
to understand how people use our website so we can improve it;
to protect the website from spam and abuse.

We use your information because you asked us to contact you (taking steps before a contract), and for our legitimate interest in running and improving our business. Where the law requires consent, for example for some cookies, we ask for it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

We share information only with service providers that help us run this website and our business, under contracts that require them to protect it:

our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) where the website and its database run;
our email provider, which delivers booking notifications and our replies;
Google, if analytics is switched on;
video-call or messaging services (for example Google Meet, Zoom or WhatsApp) that you choose for the demo.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the website working and secure, for example a session cookie and a security token that protects forms. These are always on.
Analytics cookies from Google Analytics help us count visits and see which pages are useful. You can block them in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on.

We do not use advertising cookies on this website.

How long we keep it

We keep demo booking details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep them for as long as our contract and the law require. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics settings.

Keeping it secure

The website uses HTTPS encryption. Access to booking details is limited to our team members who need it, and each of them has their own protected account.

International transfers

Our service providers may store information in other countries. When that happens we rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

give you a copy of the information we hold about you;
correct or delete it;
stop or limit how we use it, or object to it;
send it to you or another company in a usable format.

To make a request, email info@acferstream.com. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Children

This website is for businesses and organisations. It is not aimed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
